7. Warranties & Liability

  • As Is: Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, security, or defect-free operation.
  • Liability: LLC is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  • Death and Personal Injury: Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify LLC against claims arising from your breach of these TaCs or misuse of the services. Likewise, LLC will indemnify you against breaches of these TaCs caused by us.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

  • Compliance: Both parties will comply with UK data protection laws, including GDPR.

  • Data Storage: Your data will be stored securely, processed only as agreed, and deleted or returned upon termination within 30 days.
